Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patients' conditions and municate with healthcare teams
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health nursing
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent munication and time management abilities
• Previous travel experience is a plus but not required
