We’re seeking motivated new graduates and early‑career Physician Assistants (PAs) and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. As part of our supportive, collaborative team, you’ll provide exceptional care while playing a key role in improving the health and well‑being of our patients.
Your Impact- Provide Patient‑Centred Care: Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories to address patients’ short‑ and long‑term needs while maintaining high quality, efficient care.
- Interview patients, perform physical examinations, obtain and study medical histories.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests (e.g., x‑rays, electrocardiograms, laboratory studies) and interpret results.
- Perform therapeutic procedures: administer injections, sutures, manage wounds and infections.
- Educate patients: describe therapeutic regimens, provide growth and development info, discuss family planning and wellness.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare clear, complete, accurate, and legible medical records; type, edit, and electronically sign office notes and reports using EMR in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company and state procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Adhere to infection‑control policies and protocols.
- Comply with legal and professional requirements; stay informed of legislation and advise management on needed actions.
- Collaborate with a Team: Work collaboratively with other providers and health‑care practitioners to efficiently treat patients and plan timely dispositions including transfers.

Education:
Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Education, Licensure &
Certifications:- Master’s degree and certification by a PA or NP certifying body.
- Must hold a DEA license with no restrictions.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (CPR, ACLS, or online‑only classes are not accepted).
- Relevant
Experience:
Clinical experience through rotations or other settings in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is preferred. - Excellent Team Player: Enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a strong team dynamic.
- Proactive and Confident Communicator: Raise and address concerns, communicate professionally with colleagues and patients.

- Technically Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and clinical management systems (EMR).
- Strong Knowledge Of:
- Customer service principles, needs assessment, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation.
- Applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations for medical practices.
- Relevant drugs, their chemistry, and patient care aids.
- Current principles, methods, and procedures for medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth.
