Work 30 hours per week and get paid for 36 hours per week!

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care under a physician-directed plan of care while empowering patients and families to achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering skilled nursing services in patients’ homes
• Performing comprehensive assessments and identifying holistic healthcare needs
• Developing individualized plans of care with measurable outcomes
• Educating patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
• Managing symptoms, pain control, and ongoing clinical needs
• Collaboration with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Advocating for patient rights and promoting independence whenever possible

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical nursing experience
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Home Health or Community Health Nursing certification encouraged
