We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing clinical team serving patients within skilled nursing care facilities in Augusta, ME !!

Compensation and Benefits:
- Earning potential:
From $110,000 up to $200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses) - Flexible
Schedule:
Monday – Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays. - Generous Paid Time Off

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans using evidence based best practices
- Documentation within 24-48 hours along with placing relevant orders for diagnostics and medications
- Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Compliance with facility, state and federal regulations/protocols.
- Support quality initiatives and process improvement plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, nurse managers, physicians and specialists
- Educate and consul patients and families regarding course of treatment
- Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
- Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred
- Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
