A private, residential facility for Child and Adolescent (18 and younger) patients is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its multi‑disciplinary team due to growth and expansion. The FNP will be responsible for providing medical care and services as needed alongside psychiatric treatment to residents.

• Perform basic H&Ps for new admissions
• Medically clear discharges
• Acute medical needs: coughs, infections, bumps, bruises, etc.
• Collaborate with team of therapists, nurses, PMHNP, and Psychiatrist
• Paid call stipend

• Provide focused medical care in Residential Treatment setting
• Evaluate incoming patients for conditions to confirm known and unknown diagnoses. Residents’ medical history cleared by admissions team prior to arrival.
• Provide medical treatment on as‑needed basis for concerns that may arise
• Assess outgoing patients prior to discharge
• Guide, collaborate with multi‑disciplinary team of Nurses, LCSWs, and Psychiatrists.

• FNP Board Certification.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in ME required or ability to obtain.
• Ability to obtain licenses in CA, , and NH for call coverage.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in Psychiatry or Behavioral Health not required.
