Maine General Medical Center offers the SHINE New Graduate RN Residency in the Emergency Department for Fall/Winter grads. This program features a comprehensive 12-week orientation across med/surg units, followed by 6 weeks of med/surg practice, and a year-long ED-focused orientation with clinical training and online coursework.
New grads must have or be eligible for Maine RN licensure, with NCLEX completion and a commitment to the year-long residency.
