Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team. If you are passionate about helping others and ensuring their well-being, we would love to hear from you.

Position:
Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)

Location:

The Inn at City Hall, Augusta

Schedule:

Part-time (32 hours/week)

Shift: Evenings (3:00p–11:00p) and every third weekend (7:00a–7:00p)

Responsibilities
  • Distribute medications to residents per physician orders and complete required documentation.
  • Perform basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN.
  • Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with keeping the patient’s environment safe, clean, and orderly.
Qualifications
  • Current Maine CRMA certification required.
  • Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification required or obtained within 120 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
  • Healthcare provider preferred.
  • One year or more of experience is preferred.
