Maine General Health is offering a SHINE New Graduate Nurse Residency for RNs in Behavioral Health. The program begins with a comprehensive orientation across med/surg and progresses to Behavioral Health with ongoing training and education.
Eligible candidates include Fall/Winter 2026/2027 graduates or those within 6 months of RN experience, with RN licensure pending NCLEX results. An early acceptance incentive of $4,000 is paid with the first RN paycheck.
