This Registered Nurse
- Outpatient Surgical Float position is located in Nursing, Specialty Care Service at the Togus location. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex specialty care.
- Provides patient care, care coordination, health promotion, health education and coaching on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management.
- Collaborates in the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of policies, procedures, and/or guidelines.
- Demonstrates performance and leadership that is broad enough to improve the care for specialty care outpatients.
- This nurse integrates specialty care knowledge, skills, abilities, and judgment and is self-directed in goal setting for managing complex outpatient situations.
- Validates understanding of the rationale for specialty care processes and decisions.
- Questions clinical practices for the purpose of providing evidence-based care.
- Demonstrates the ability to cope with and manage competing priorities.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday
- Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Pay:
Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
