Beacon Hospice, Amedisys seeks a Hospice RN Runner to support RN Case Managers in Augusta to coastal areas, with no caseload requirements and occasional weeknight or weekend on-call rotation. Hospice experience preferred and RN licensure in the applicable state is required.
The role involves performing initial nursing assessments, coordinating the plan of care, and communicating progress to the care team, while educating families and coordinating with other disciplines as needed.
