Cynet Health Staff seeks an RN for Home Health with 1 year of adult home health or hospice experience. You will provide and coordinate nursing care in patients' homes according to physician orders, using the nursing process and agency policies.
Travel up to 75 miles from your home clinic is required, with mileage reimbursement. The role requires an active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and proficiency in OASIS and Home Care Home Base EMR.
