Role:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU, providing direct care to critically ill adult patients in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans; monitor and communicate patient conditions; collaborate across disciplines for coordinated care; educate patients and families; delegate tasks to staff; precept students and new hires.
Qualifications & Skills:Active Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain; minimum of 1 year RN experience in acute care, with prior CCU experience preferred; certifications such as BLS, ACLS, MOAB are advantageous.
Key Duties:Assess patients, optimize outcomes, ensure safety, support discharge and transfer processes, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment.
