WhatCan You Expect
- $24.00/hour to $32.00/hour depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
- OT after 8 hours.
- Annual increase potential.

- Gather samples of material for testing, conduct field testing, monitor density, and HMA placement.
- Work with the paving crew to achieve quality results and consistency.
- Work with asphalt plant and crushing crews to achieve quality results and consistency.
- Generate reports and submit them to necessary personnel.
- Experience in asphalt and aggregate testing is preferred, NETTCP certification is a plus.
