Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team, ensuring duties are completed, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability.
Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate the team
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and grounds maintenance
