Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Merchandising, Retail & Store Manager
PBNA $24.10 / hour
Benefits start on day one (health, dental, vision, 401K options). Paid holiday, vacation, and sick time. $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Mileage reimbursement $0.725 per mile.
Morning shift: 5 AM start. Paid weekly. Requires a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities- Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts.
- Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
- Transport products to and from the backroom to shelf locations.
- Use equipment (U‑boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) to transport products.
- Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
- Keep back‑room stock neat and orderly.
- Communicate store issues to store managers and company management.
- Build customer relationships at the store level.
- Comply with operating procedures (scan‑in/scan‑out, designated route, etc.).
- Service accounts during designated times established by management.
- Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs).
- Operate under minimal supervision (self‑managed role).
- Use handheld devices to write / input orders.
- Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
- 18 years or older.
- Pass physical capabilities test (if applicable).
- Must have car or personal transportation to access multi‑store locations within assigned shift.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Proof of insurance.
- Experience in a retail or grocery store (understanding of store operations, back‑room, inventory, stocking aisles and shelves).
- Moving products within a store (stacks, hand trucks, etc.).
- Merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, clearing out‑of‑stock items).
- Managing back‑room / stock‑room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking, storing).
- Serving customers (handling complaints, responding to requests).
