Cooler and Restock Associate

Job Overview

The Cooler and Restock Associate is responsible for maintaining the stock levels within the stores including the coolers. Major responsibilities include maintaining general appearance and store cleanliness in a fast paced environment while adhering to company policies.

• Stocking Cooler per designed planogram
• Stocking Shelves per designed Planogram
• Organizing cooler as needed
• Other tasks as assigned

• Complies with company policies, federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales of products such as tobacco and alcohol.
• Follows Safe Food Handling Procedures in accordance with company, Board of Health and industry standards.
• Adheres to all company policy and procedures. Notifies management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees.

• Maintain store cleanliness standards.
• Replenishes stock at a level to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies.
• Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates hazard.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
