Store 4707037: 284 Civic Center Dr, Augusta, Maine 04330. Shift availability is flexible. Time type:
Customer Service Representative.

• Greet customers and operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the food program as needed.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside, ensuring high standards.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers daily.
• Maintain regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
• Work with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
• Come up with ideas to solve problems and offer suggestions.

• Retail and customer service experience; cashiering or sales associate experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑care skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to work quickly while enjoying a fun environment and to work as part of a team.
• Motivation to advance in career; willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead (≤30min/shift) and occasionally up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bending at the waist with some twisting up to 1 hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to retrieve materials or place signs.
