Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team and fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude with ability to work independently.
• Driver of personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling 50 lbs. Ability to move products from stock rooms to store floor and stock shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Augusta, ME and/or secondary locations:
  China, Winthrop, Gardnier, Waterville.
• Availability to stay off Sunday and one weekday (to be determined).

Hourly compensation ranges from $20.69 to $22.69 based on experience.
