Overview
The High Volume FAST Team Member supports the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. Responsibilities include merchandise and fixture assembly, and maintenance of all signage, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented to fulfill the following requirements:
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
- Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and proposed solutions.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform store-specific measurements.
- Perform accurate counts for store inventories and cycle counts.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
- Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Hang store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer. - Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
- Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
- High Volume FAST Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, High Volume FAST Team Members must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
- Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.
- Working environment is generally inside with moderate noise.
- Indoor floors and outdoor lots are hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt); lighting and temperature are adequate.
- Work shifts vary by store but are generally no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
- Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers; adhere to safety training and guidelines.
- Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
- Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
- Ability to lift or reach merchandise overhead as needed.
- Ability to stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders; ability to move throughout the store for an entire shift.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to handle and be in contact with birds/poultry as required.
- Ability to complete all required training.
- Standing and walking; reaching overhead; lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain physical and mental stamina to move throughout the store and outdoor areas safely and efficiently.
- Operate equipment related to job duties safely and accurately; provide high-quality customer service.
