Shortage Control Lead - Full-Time

Burlington - 42 Whitten Road - Responsibilities:
Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence and maintaining a secure store environment;
Maintain a safe and secure store for customers and associates with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
Engage with customers and associates in areas of the store with highest risk for shortage to promote shortage reduction awareness;
Gathers and documents indicators of external theft and shares with store and field leaders; supports evidence gathering for large scale or organized retail crime;
Provide onboarding and ongoing training support for Shortage Control Associates and assist in inventory processes and loss-prevention initiatives
