Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service;
Supervise showroom customer service levels;
Answer phones per policy;
Process online/shipping orders and store transfers;
Handle special orders and outside purchases;
Process returns and exchanges with refunds;
Invoice merchandise including core charges/warranties;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Ensure adherence to posted schedule and clock-in/out;
Perform store opening/closing and day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks;
Lock/secure delivery vehicles and building;
All other duties as assigned
