We're growing our team and looking for driven, experienced sales representatives to build and manage relationships with customers across a range of sectors — including schools, healthcare, industry, hospitality, and more.

What

You'll Do
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of new and existing accounts through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship management
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell our product systems — including dilution control, dispensing equipment, and floor care machinery — in a way that's tailored to each customer's needs
  • Conduct product demos and in-service training with Manufacturer Support and In House Trainers to help customers get the most out of their purchases
  • Advise customers on sustainable and green cleaning solutions, an increasingly important priority across our key sectors
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and focus on satisfaction
  • Manage your territory with a high degree of autonomy while consistently meeting agreed-upon sales targets
What We're Looking For
  • Can be inexperienced or have a proven track record in sales and business development, ideally in Jan/San, facilities management, or a related distribution industry
  • Comfort working with both frontline staff and purchasing decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with a CRM platform
  • Ability to help develop and deliver polished, customer-focused presentations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Territory & Growth Opportunity

You’ll be stepping into an existing territory (for Clean-O-Rama) with real room to grow. We’re looking for someone with the ambition to expand those relationships and develop new business and grow a small book of existing business — and we offer a clear path to advancement for top performers.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

This position involves daily travel within their assigned territory;
Sales staff are not expected to work in office at our Gorham, ME facility, although are expected to attend sales meetings and other customer events as needed. Work spaces are available in office for all sales staff.
