We are looking for a dedicated Territory Sales Executive to join our dynamic, customer-focused team! In this role, you will manage a defined territory of mid-sized accounts with substantial growth potential. Utilizing strategic account management and consultative selling skills, you will drive revenue growth, deepen executive relationships, and enhance the adoption of Pager Duty's Operations Cloud. This is your chance to significantly contribute to Pager Duty's growth in high-potential accounts through direct engagement with C-level stakeholders, ultimately delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth in your defined territory by increasing sales within existing mid-sized accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers through consultative, in-person engagement.
  • Develop and implement territory and account plans to identify growth opportunities, competitive risks, and align with customer priorities.
  • Advocate for the adoption of Pager Duty's Operations Cloud to deliver concrete value and expand platform utilization.
  • Effectively forecast and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce and the MEDDICC qualification framework.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or expansion-selling roles within the SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a defined territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce (SFDC) for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MEDDICC and Command of the Message (COM) methodologies in complex sales processes.
  • Strong grasp of multi-product SaaS sales dynamics and consultative selling at the enterprise level.
  • Experience selling into high-growth or high-potential accounts across various sectors.
  • Familiarity with Operations Cloud or Dev Ops environments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with exceptional collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
