Job Details- Elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products.
- Execute selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Provide technical and product knowledge to customers as a subject‑matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
- Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range of $45,000 – $64,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be awarded at the discretion of the Company.
