The wireless sales consultant will sell and service Verizon Wireless products and services at our retail location. The role requires strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to apply proven sales techniques to prospect, qualify, and close customer transactions.

• Consult with customers to determine their wireless needs.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology.
• Understand customer needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Use a competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Network with customers, follow all leads and referrals.
• Make follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and offer additional products and services.
• Work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• 1–3 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology (Preferred).
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude.
