Position: SALES AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT TRAINING- SALARIED

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT TRAINING- SALARIED

Full‑time position providing promotional marketing services for major 100 and 500 company clients. We develop leaders from within, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere where employees grow professionally and personally.

UNA INNOVATIONS SALES AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

Una Innovations offers a hands‑on management training program that develops and enhances candidate competitiveness and willingness to lead. All candidates start at entry level with the goal of advancing to management within 4‑6 months.

PHASES OF OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
  • Sales & Customer Service: client representative, brand management, direct field marketing, retail customer service
  • Leadership & Team Building: relationship management with retailer, interviewing, hiring and onboarding process, training, team management, social media
  • Management Training: financial, administrative, operational, full recruiting cycle

Promotion to a management position can occur after approximately 8 weeks of training at the Client Representative and Account Manager/Team Leader levels. Promotions are performance‑based and not guaranteed.
