As an Oncology Sales Representative, you will be a key member engaging with customers to address identified needs, educating key stakeholders about our oncology products, communicating with the broader oncology community, and actively working to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within your territory.
Field‑based Sales Position
- Responsible for the Phoenix North, Arizona territory.
- Will travel to meet customers in‑person and attend national sales meetings/industry conferences.
- Travel and overnight requirements vary based on candidate location.
- Work with team members in the territory to attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography.
- Ensure customers have a seamless experience with our Oncology company, building trust and uncovering their needs.
- Use approved resources and messaging to communicate a compelling, patient‑centered rationale for our Oncology products.
- Apply knowledge of multidisciplinary cancer care, staging, treatment options, pathways, and guidelines.
- Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment, including multiple distribution channels.
- Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed.
- Proactively develop and execute short‑ and long‑term plans with local teams and district managers.
- Ask insightful questions to understand customer priorities and needs.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across our division and functional areas, sharing key learnings with the customer team.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
- Equivalent experience may include professional sales experience, healthcare/scientific work with oncology exposure, marketing experience, or military experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
- Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time, including overnight travel.
- Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district.
- 2+ years of oncology field‑based experience selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers.
- Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience.
