We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Internet Sales Representative for our Toyota Location to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect with customers online, build relationships, and close high-end automotive deals. Your enthusiasm for automotive sales combined with excellent communication skills will help drive our digital sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through various online channels to generate leads and foster relationships
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to nurture prospects and expand the sales pipeline
• Present vehicle features, financing options, and upselling opportunities confidently to meet customer needs
• Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining professionalism and transparency throughout the sales process
• Manage customer interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track progress and ensure timely follow-up
• Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management and achieve sales targets
• Assist customers in understanding automotive financing options and complete deal closing procedures efficiently

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or passenger vehicles
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
• Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management tools supported by technical systems
• Ability to conduct outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
• Organizational skills with a focus on managing a robust sales pipeline and achieving sales targets
• Experience in automotive financing options, upselling techniques, and deal closing strategies
• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor in public speaking and client communication
• Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for high-volume sales environments
