Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our local and regional team. Bring your skills to a fast‑paced and welcoming environment where we uphold the highest standards of facility maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid, state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report
- Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related trade, or 7 years of experience in these trades
- 1 year of experience in intermediate‑level word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to move up and down ladders frequently
- Comfortable working at heights frequently
- Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling, food equipment) with hand and power tools.
- Use the work order management system to receive reactive repair work orders, support store associates, and document repair activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
- Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
- Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
- Competitive compensation with hourly rate of $21.00–$40.00 plus applicable premiums.
