Perform service, repairs, and inspections associated with fire sprinkler systems and other water-based equipment in accordance with all national and local standards. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also act as a mentor, providing on‑job training to entry‑level fire alarm inspectors, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge‑sharing within our team.

• Inspect, repair, and maintain wet, dry, pre‑action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, backflow prev enters, fire hydrants, and fire pumps.
• Perform fire sprinkler, fire pump, and other water‑based equipment inspections and testing.
• Properly document deficiencies noted during inspections or service work and follow the required reporting process while on site.
• Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and equipment; follow corporate policies related to vehicle use and care.

• Technician endorsement for automatic Fire Sprinkler system maintenance inspection, small installation, pipe fitting and sprinkler head relocation projects.
• 1+ years of experience with Fire Sprinkler systems (Mid Level).
• 3+ years of experience with Fire Sprinkler systems (Senior Level).
• NICET I in inspection and testing of water‑based systems or water‑based layout (certification within the first 12 months).
• Ability and willingness to work in a variety of environments, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high‑lift equipment; working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• High school diploma, state‑recognized GED, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• NICET II+ in inspection and testing of water‑based systems or water‑based layout.

The pay range for this position is $49,195 - $84,334 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
