Job Overview
We’re seeking motivated and skilled utility pole setters to join our growing crew. If you’ve got experience in pole setting, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Install and replace wooden utility poles
- Operate heavy equipment including digger derricks and boom trucks
- Work safely around live utilities and traffic
- Read construction plans and follow verbal instructions
- Perform site prep and restoration as needed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in utility pole setting or related field
- CDL Class A or B preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Competitive hourly wage (depending on experience)
