Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient movement of heavy materials, machinery, and structural components.
• Load Assessment and Preparation: evaluate weight, size, shape, and center of gravity to ensure stability during lifting.
• Equipment Handling and Setup: select and set up rigging equipment such as cranes, slings, pulleys, hoists, shackles, and winches.
• Rigging System Assembly: configure lifting systems to balance loads and prevent accidents.
• Safety Compliance: follow stringent safety protocols, inspect equipment, and coordinate with team members to prevent hazards.
