Build Your Career at
Weirs Collision Center
We're a growing, certified collision shop in Arundel, Maine — and we're looking for skilled people who take pride in their work.
We're not just a body shop — we're an I-CAR Gold Class, OEM-certified facility that sets a high bar for quality. That means we also set a high bar for how we treat our team.
Ongoing Training & CertificationWe fund I-CAR training and OEM certification courses. You grow your skills — we cover the cost.
Small Team, Real CamaraderieYou'll know your coworkers and management by name. No lost-in-the-crowd shop culture here.
Modern EquipmentWe invest in the tools that make the work better — frame straightening systems, computerized paint matching, and ADAS calibration equipment.
We operate Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. You get your evenings and weekends back.
Pride in the WorkEvery repair we do comes with a lifetime warranty. We do things right because that's the standard — and our team believes in it.
Competitive CompensationWe pay for experience and skill. Tell us where you are and what you bring — we'll make a competitive offer.
Current Openings
Open PositionsWe're looking for a skilled collision technician with experience in structural and non-structural repairs. I-CAR certification preferred. Must be comfortable working with high-strength steel, aluminum, and modern vehicle systems. We'll invest in your continued certification.
Experienced painter needed with strong skills in color matching, prep work, blending, and finish quality. Experience with computerized mixing systems a plus. This is a high-standard shop — attention to detail is everything.
Looking for an organized, customer-focused estimator who can write detailed repair orders, communicate with insurance adjusters, and be the face of the shop for our customers. Mitchell or CCC estimating experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
Entry-level position ideal for someone looking to break into the collision industry. Responsibilities include vehicle detailing, shop cleaning, parts running, and assisting technicians. Motivated attitude is more important than experience — we'll teach you the craft.
We're always interested in connecting with talented people — even if we don't have a current opening that fits. Send us your resume and tell us what you're good at. If we're a match, we'll be in touch.
Built on Craftsmanship and AccountabilityWe're a shop that believes in doing things right — not just getting them done. Every repair we send out the door carries our name and a lifetime warranty. That shapes everything about how we work.
We hold ourselves to I-CAR Gold Class standards and OEM repair procedures not because we have to, but because it's the only standard worth having. If that's the kind of place you want to work, we'd like to meet you.
We'll reach out within a few business days to introduce ourselves and learn about your background and goals.
Shop VisitCome meet the team and see the shop. We believe in transparency — you should know exactly where you'd be working.
OfferIf we're a fit, we'll put together a competitive offer and get you started with a clear onboarding plan.
