Superior Energy Solutions is expanding our commercial service division and is hiring an Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to support customers throughout the Augusta region
.

This position focuses on a mix of service, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across commercial and light industrial HVAC systems. Technicians in Augusta benefit from a dispatch-from-home structure
, allowing for efficient routing and greater independence in the field.

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
• Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Complete digital service reports and documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers on system performance and recommendations
• Coordinate daily routes and service calls with dispatch
• Follow all safety standards and industry best practices

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/R experience (5+ preferred)
• Strong skills in diagnostics, service, and repair
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and system inspections
• Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and digital work orders
• ME or NH gas licensing is a plus

• $30–$50/hour based on experience and licensing
• Take-home company vehicle (Augusta dispatch role)
