OpportunityLead a Mule Soft architecture team to design, develop, and evolve integration solutions across multiple low‑code/no‑code and legacy systems for Federal Health outcomes. Translate real‑world needs into technical specifications and support product modernization with AI and commercial technologies.
Responsibilities- Design and develop Mule Soft integrations and APIs with a focus on reuse, API‑led architecture, and enterprise integration in regulated environments.
- Own interface design and contract‑first integration, including error handling, telemetry, and integration governance.
- Evolve integration tools with advanced technology, ensuring compatibility across legacy and modern platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical documentation.
- Test integrations thoroughly and apply quality assurance best practices.
- 7+ years of experience with data integration or API development.
- Experience with Mule Soft integration across multiple tools, including Salesforce.
- Experience using AI tools to expedite Mule Soft development and testing.
- Knowledge of API‑led architecture, identity, data contracts, system decomposition, and enterprise integration in regulated environments.
- Ability to design reusable APIs and integration patterns that connect legacy and modern platforms, reduce data silos, and support phased modernization.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Experience designing and building Mule Soft integrations and APIs to support data exchange across systems.
- Experience connecting Mule Soft solutions with existing platforms, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and documenting integration processes.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Salesforce Certified Mule Soft Platform Architect or Salesforce Certified Mule Soft Platform Integration Architect Certification.

CompensationProjected salary range: $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, education, skills, and organizational requirements.
