Coinbase is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for Identity Verification on the Platform team. You will own the ML stack for identity verification, including document authentication, face matching, and fraud detection, from architecture to production enforcement.
You will lead ML strategy, build identity-graph and device-intelligence models, and mentor senior engineers while coordinating with ML Platform and Risk teams to raise the bar on security and user trust.
