JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Supervisor, Special Projects, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional reception and administrative support across multiple business units within Ramudden Global North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a first point of contact by professionally answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Greet and guide visitors; maintain accurate employee and department directories.
  • Coordinate courier services and manage outgoing mail to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Take ownership of office supply inventory and ensure resources are well-stocked.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents to support a well-structured office environment.
  • Handle supplier inquiries; respond, redirect, or escalated as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and research.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations as required.
  • Keep the reception area clean and presentable.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or administrative professional in a corporate setting.
  • Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Professional appearance and mature demeanor.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision‑making abilities.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and punctual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
