About the Opportunity

• Ongoing stewardship of a dedicated segment of customer accounts.
• Achieving a high-volume of communication and attempted communication over a combination of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Assisting customers with mid-term changes to their accounts.
• Maintaining accurate records of communication and contact information.
• Facilitating win/win outcomes for customers who have become past-due.
• Engaging in dialogue with customers and external/internal partners via telephone, email, text messaging, and letter correspondence.
• Resolving product, service, and repayment issues by clarifying, investigating, explaining, documenting and following-up on actions taken.

About You:

• 2+ years of B2C Collections specifically (late stage third party or early stage collections)
• Bilingual/excellent communication skills in both English and French
• Excel experience (navigating spreadsheets, add notes to files)
• Some proven tenure (not looking for 3 months contracts only)

Pay Range:
$26 - $27 per hour
