In this pivotal role, you will oversee the integration of finance systems for newly acquired companies, working closely with teams from Finance to Operations. Your technical accounting skills and experience with ERP integrations will enhance efficiency and effectiveness during acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead system integrations for newly acquired businesses
• Collaborate with teams to align financial reporting
• Support technical accounting processes and analyses
• Maintain integrity through reconciliation of trial balances
• Guide the training of newly integrated finance teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical accounting, preferably from Big 4
• Bilingual in English and French for complex financial documents
• Required CPA designation
• Strong background in ERP data integrations
• Knowledge of acquisition accounting practices considered a plus
