* Job Responsibilities:
*** Process employee garnishments, including child support, tax levies, and creditor garnishments.
* Communicate with Division and external agencies regarding garnishment orders.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments in compliance with legal requirements.
* Monitor and manage garnishment balances and ensure proper allocation of funds.
* Provide guidance and support to Division regarding garnishment-related questions and concerns.
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience with a focus on tax and garnishments.
* In-depth knowledge of U.S./Canadian payroll tax laws and regulations.
* Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce, including its tax and garnishment features.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
