Treasury Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Treasury Manager to establish and lead the treasury function within a growing, multi-entity organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will be responsible for developing treasury processes, cash forecasting capabilities, and banking relationships while providing visibility into the organization's liquidity and working capital needs. This is a rare opportunity to build a treasury function from the ground up.

The successful candidate will create core treasury processes, implement cash management reporting, support lender and banking relationships, and help establish a scalable treasury framework to support the organization's continued growth.

The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, investors, and financing activities while providing the opportunity to shape the future treasury function as the business expands.

• Develop and manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting processes, including daily, weekly, monthly, and 13-week cash flow models
• Monitor liquidity, working capital requirements, and cash positioning across multiple entities
• Create treasury reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics to support executive decision-making
• Manage day-to-day banking activities, including cash movements, wire transfers, account administration, and treasury controls
• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners, lenders, and other financial institutions
• Support compliance with debt agreements, credit facilities, and lender reporting requirements
• Assist with financing activities, refinancing initiatives, and capital structure planning
• Support interest rate risk management and hedging activities where applicable
• Identify opportunities to improve cash management, treasury processes, and operational efficiency
• Partner with accounting, FP&A, and operational teams to improve cash visibility and forecasting accuracy
• Contribute to treasury-related system, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Help establish a scalable treasury function capable of supporting future organizational growth

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or related finance experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining cash flow forecasting models
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, working capital, and treasury operations
• Experience managing banking relationships and interacting with lenders or financial institutions
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel capabilities
• Ability to operate independently and build processes in a developing environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in multi-entity organizations is considered an asset
• CTP designation is considered an asset
• CPA designation is considered an asset

The posted salary range reflects expected compensation for this role in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and may fall anywhere within the range.
