In this pivotal role, you'll assist the Business Development team with lead tracking, meeting arrangements, and interdepartmental communication. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor registration and ensuring that all logistical aspects of client-facing events are seamless. This position is designed for individuals passionate about contributing to construction management and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with lead tracking and pipeline management
• Facilitate communication within and outside the team
• Help prepare for meetings and follow-ups with clients
• Support registration processes and vendor evaluations
• Coordinate event logistics for trade shows and meetings
Requirements:
• 2+ years in an administrative or sales support role
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
• Experience with CRM platforms, such as Sales Force
• Comfortable using multiple bid platforms
• Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills
