As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing every aspect of vehicle sales to meet dealership targets. Your responsibilities include conducting test drives, negotiating deals, and collaborating with finance and service teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery. A focus on customer satisfaction and follow-ups is essential for repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs
• Manage inquiries, test drives, and negotiations
• Maintain expertise in vehicle features and pricing
• Follow up post-sale for satisfaction and referrals
• Update CRM with customer interactions and lead tracking
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of sales experience required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Valid OMVIC certification and clean driving record
• Tech-savvy with organizational skills
