Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler is hiring a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and test drives to negotiations, closing deals, and coordinating with our finance and service teams for a smooth, exceptional vehicle delivery.
Salary Range:
Commission - OTE $60,/yearly
- Greet and assist customers, identify their vehicle needs, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow‑ups.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals in alignment with dealership targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and competitor brands.
- Maintain contact with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and solicit referrals.
- Work with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and complete all sales documentation in accordance with dealership and regulatory standards.
- Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track leads, schedule follow‑ups, and ensure timely communication.
- Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self‑motivation to deliver results daily.
- Exceptional customer experience focus with excellent listening and problem‑solving skills.
- Team player with professional interpersonal skills and an engaging presence.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Tech savvy and comfortable using technology; experience with 1‑80 software considered an asset.
- Valid OMVIC certification, driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required.
