About The Current Open Role

Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler is hiring a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and test drives to negotiations, closing deals, and coordinating with our finance and service teams for a smooth, exceptional vehicle delivery.

Salary Range:
Commission - OTE $60,/yearly

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, identify their vehicle needs, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow‑ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals in alignment with dealership targets.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and competitor brands.
  • Maintain contact with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and solicit referrals.
  • Work with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and complete all sales documentation in accordance with dealership and regulatory standards.
  • Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track leads, schedule follow‑ups, and ensure timely communication.
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of sales experience.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self‑motivation to deliver results daily.
  • Exceptional customer experience focus with excellent listening and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team player with professional interpersonal skills and an engaging presence.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using technology; experience with 1‑80 software considered an asset.
  • Valid OMVIC certification, driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Willingness to consistently go the extra mile to create an extraordinary customer experience.
