Salary Range: $19.00- 22.00/ hour

Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler is looking for a Parts Advisor to be the backbone of our parts department, supporting retail customers, wholesale accounts, and our internal service technicians with expert knowledge and high-energy service.

• Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail andshop) with high quality service; identifying and ordering the correct parts
• Answer telephone calls, provide price quotes any other information needed
• Take orders forparts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
• Receive paymentsfrom retail customers
• Handle customer concerns immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines.
• Stock items byunpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjustinginventory system and assuring all safety risks
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
• Delivery of partsto wholesale accounts
• Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager

• At least 1 year of Automotive Parts experience
• Experience using aDMS – Reynolds and Reynolds in particular is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills
• Organized with astrong attention to detail
• Ability to followset and standard procedures
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and take self-initiative
• Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new software and systems
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
