Position: Licensed HVAC Maintenance Worker Needed
YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks a Licensed HVAC Maintenance Worker to ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems. This role requires proactive maintenance and repair responsibilities across Board facilities.

Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, this permanent position demands expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems. Candidates should have a keen understanding of building automation systems and meet all qualifications including a 313A Certificate. Five years of HVAC experience is a must to maintain high standards at school board facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems efficiently

• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep detailed records

• Install and replace HVAC equipment as needed

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

• Perform additional duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license

• Minimum five years HVAC experience

• Valid Class “G” Ontario Driver's License

• Current Gas Technician 1 certification
