The Licensed Maintenance Worker – HVAC role under the Maintenance Coordinator involves troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring record keeping for HVAC systems. Candidates will also be responsible for installations, inspections, and equipment replacements, bringing vital skills to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems efficiently

• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate records

• Install and inspect HVAC equipment as needed

• Maintain safe work practices in compliance with regulations

• Contribute to other assigned maintenance duties

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma with a valid 313A Certificate

• Minimum five years of HVAC systems experience

• Class “G” Ontario Driver’s License in good standing

• Knowledge of safety standards and practices

• Gas Technician 1 certification in good standing
