Position: Afternoon Millwright Opportunity
C-P Flexible Packaging is hiring an Industrial Millwright for the afternoon shift in Aurora. This role emphasizes safe and efficient equipment maintenance in a thriving manufacturing environment.

Your main responsibilities will include repairing and optimizing production equipment while ensuring safety standards. Working with our 24/5 operation, you will support vital functions within the maintenance team. A proactive approach and hands-on problem-solving will be crucial to keeping our machinery in peak condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery effectively

• Modify parts to enhance safety and efficiency

• Maintain accurate maintenance records

• Inspect and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Operate essential shop machinery like welders and lathes

Requirements:

• Ontario Industrial Millwright (433A) Certification mandatory

• Background in manufacturing environments

• Able to operate tools safely and effectively

• Strong troubleshooting and communication capabilities

• Commitment to quality workmanship
