Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Your Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  , including invoice processing and payment tracking

• Record and reconcile financial transactions, bank accounts, and expense reports

• Prepare and support monthly and year-end financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Monitor cash flow and outstanding receivables
  , including collections when required

• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules

• Support payroll reporting, tax preparation, and audits

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and reconciliations

• Collaborate with international colleagues, including teams in Germany (occasional travel)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles

• Experience with
  ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar preferred)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
