Salary: $60,000-$80,000

We are seeking a Staff Accountant with construction industry exposure who enjoys working closely with project teams and contributing to the financial success of complex projects. Staff Accountant - Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project budgets, ensuring accurate coding of labor, materials, and equipment within the accounting system

• Prepare monthly progress billings, AIA documentation, and final invoices while collaborating with project teams on billing, change orders, and project financial performance

• Review and process subcontractor payment applications and vendor invoices while ensuring required lien waivers are received

• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries

• Support preparation of Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports and job cost analysis to identify project cost trends and potential overruns

Staff Accountant - Qualifications

• Construction industry experience with exposure to job costing, WIP reporting, or project-based accounting

• 1–3 years of accounting experience or relevant accounting support experience

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with detailed financial and project data
